This Papillion family wanted a lighting system that would look clean year-round without the hassle of seasonal installation and takedown. Andy installed a permanent exterior roofline lighting system that integrates flush with the roofline, nearly invisible in daylight, sharp and controllable at night. The homeowner can change color and pattern from their phone. No more wrestling with extension cords every November.

This Bellevue family wanted a classic roofline Christmas display, clean lines, no visible cords, and a finished look that matched the architecture of the house. Andy handled installation from ladder to last clip, keeping the lines level and the connections weatherproofed. Gutter lighting, roofline runs, and a custom layout the homeowner picked. Frontline also handles takedown at the end of the season so it's not sitting up there until February.

This Omaha deck had weathered through several Nebraska winters without protective staining. The wood was gray, showing mildew in the grain, and starting to check along the boards. Andy cleaned the surface first, pressure washing to lift the old grime and open the wood grain, then applied stain once the deck had dried fully. Two visits, two phases. The finished deck is covered at the full project page, which walks through the challenge, the process, and the result.

Years of algae, gray weathering, and ground-level grime had taken the original color out of this Papillion homeowner's backyard fence. Frontline pressure washed the full fence line, restoring the natural wood tone and removing the biological growth that causes wood to deteriorate faster. The difference on a fence like this is immediate, wood that looked like it needed replacing often just needs a proper cleaning. Andy carries the right pressure settings for wood surfaces; too much PSI splinters the grain rather than cleaning it.

A separate Bellevue deck project. This one on a property where the homeowner had already tried DIY cleaning without getting the results they wanted. The wood needed a proper surface prep before staining would take evenly. Andy pressure washed first, let it dry, then applied stain in the right weather window. Nebraska spring weather is unpredictable enough that timing the staining phase matters. Read more about deck prep timing in the how to make your deck more welcoming guide.
